At 4 last year, SPRING AT LAST came off an 8-month layoff for a comfortable score in a $73,720 Santa Anita Park one-mile turf allowance race in December after his decisive 2 3/4-length score over a top international field in the $1 million Godolphin Mile (G2) at Nad al Sheba in March, and runner-up finishes in both the $300,000 Strub S. THRONG subsequently captured the Dr. Fager S. at Arlington Park.

His 2007 sophomore crop included SILVER KNOCKERS, second at Gulfstream Park in her stakes debut and third career start, the $150,000 Forward Gal S. She also ran second in the $200,000 Monmouth Breeders' Cup Oaks (G3) and third in the $500,900 Delaware Oaks (G1) on the main track, and third on the turf in the $200,000 Martha Washington Breeders' Cup S. at Laurel Park, and has now won 6 races, and $423,931.

Turf sprinter HADDIE BE GOOD captured Monmouth Park's Candy Eclair S. over 5 1/2 furlongs on the turf, after running second in Keeneland's $115,000 Giant's Causeway S. She was also an impressive 2-length winner of the P. Another older runner, 6-year-old KEEP ON PUNCHING (dam by Red Ryder) has placed in two 2007 stakes, most recently running second in the $100,000 Sunland Park H.

He sired 20 stakes horses and earners of more than $5.3 million in 2006, led by  Grade 1 winner POOL LAND and millionaire BADGE OF SILVER (dam by Silver Hawk). In his final career start, multiple graded SW BADGE OF SILVER ran second to DISCREET CAT in Aqueduct's $300,000 Cigar Mile H. (G1) after a third-place finish in the $2,000,000 Netjets Breeders' Cup Mile (G1). The latter was his first start since a brilliant 2006 debut on January 1, as he led wire to wire to capture Santa Anita's $150,000 San Gabriel S. (G2) (104 Beyer Rating) by 2 1/2 lengths in his first start on turf. He retired to stud with earnings of $1,047,892, including four graded stakes wins.

His first 2-year-old runner of 2006 was SENTRY, decisive 6 1/2-length Keeneland maiden special-weight victor in his career debut and third in his second start, the $150,000 Kentucky Breeders' Cup S. (G3) at Churchill Downs. Another promising 2006 juvenile was undefeated MINEFIELD, purchased for an undisclosed sum by Darley following a 3 3/4-length victory in a $50,000 Churchill Downs allowance race after a 7-month layoff. MINEFIELD earned a "Rising Star" designation and the following comments from Thoroughbred Daily News following his May 14 maiden special-weight win at Churchill Downs: "...ran more like an odds-on monster in an auspicious first outing ... bounding away from the pack to secure the victory by 8 1/2 lengths..."

SILVER DEPUTY'S 2005 runners included 8 stakes winners and earners of over $4.8 million. He sired 6 stakes winners and earners of more than $6.7 million in 2004.
