War Story (6,g, Northern Afleet/Belle Watling) battled down the stretch on Saturday in the G2 Charles Town Classic Stakes to narrowly miss out on first place. He has now earned $2,521,305 in 27 lifetime starts.  War Story was bred in Kentucky by Jack Swain III and was born and raised at Brookdale Farm.  War Story is a graduate of the 2013 Keeneland September Sale.
