Brookdale grad Love to Score (3,f, Even the Score/Love to Gamble) won by a length on June 15th at Calder in an Allowance/Optional Claiming race. The filly was bred in Kentucky by Sparks View Farm and is a graduate of the 2011 Fasig-Tipton October Sale.
Brookdale grad Unsighted (3, f, Songandaprayer/ Villacora) posted a 5 and 1/4 length win on June 9th in an Allowance contest at Charles Town. The three year old filly now has updated earnings of $79,440. Unsighted was bred in Ontario by Hickory Tree Farm and is a graduate of the 2011 Fasig-Tipton July Sale and was purchased for $33,000.
Brookdale bred Mi Perlita (2,f, Grand Slam/Bring the Noise) broke her maiden impressively at Mountaineer on June 4th by cruising to a 12 length win. Mi Perlita was born and raised at Brookdale Farm.
Excessiveness (3,f, Exchange Rate/ Vicki Vallencourt) wasted no time in getting back into the winner circle on Thursday at Churchill Downs. After posting a win at Keeneland back on 4/25, the filly drew away in the stretch on Thursday to win by 2 and 1/2 lengths. Excessiveness was bred in Virginia by Audley Farm and was sold at the 2011 Keeneland September Sale for $75,000.
Mish Mosh (5, g, Bernstein/Stewper) led wire to wire on Wednesday in an Allowance Race at Arlington Park, cruising to a 5 and 1/2 length win. This was his 5th career win and now has lifetime earnings of $154,815. He was bred in Illinois by Richard Perkins and was sold in the 2009 Keeneland September Sale for $47,000.
Shining Copper (3,g, Aragorn (IRE)/La Minuta (CHI)) was 2nd in the 100k James W. Murphy Stakes at Pimlico on Saturday. He was bred in Kentucky by International Equities Holding, Inc and was born and raised at Brookdale Farm.
Al’s Rosie ( 3,f, Harlan’s Holiday/Cuscowilla) won on Friday at Belmont Park. The three year old filly now has two wins in 5 career starts and earnings of $ 69,220. Al’s Rosie was bred in Kentucky by Tommy G. Ligon and was sold at the 2011 Keeneland September Sale for $50,000.
General Logan (4,g, Exchange Rate/ Dancing General) posted an impressive win on Thursday at Pimlico. Making his first start since November 2012, General Logan wasted no time in getting back in the winner’s circle by crusing to a 3 and 3/4 length win. He now has 4 wins in 6 lifetime starts and earnings of $111,540. He was bred in Kentucky by Jack Swain and was born and raised at Brookdale Farm.
