MIND MAPPING Shines at Saint-Cloud

Brookdale Grad MIND Mapping (2,c, Medaglia d’Oro/Visual Mind) was narrowly beat in his racing debut, but came back in his second start Friday with authority to win by six lengths.  Mind Mapping was bred in Kentucky by Brookdale Farm, Dr. Ted Folkerth, Flaxman Holdings, Double K LLC, and Jack Swain and was born and raised at Brookdale Farm.  He was purchased at the Keeneland September 2016 Sale by Godolphin for $400,000.

We are thrilled to have 3 very exciting horses for the upcoming Fasig-Tipton November Sale.  Hip 54 Speightstown/Anyhow ’17 filly is our only weanling at the sale but she is a half sister to G1 Winner NOBLE BIRD.  Hip 96 MESA FRESCA is a G1 Producer with her filly HARMONIZE and is In Foal to world class stallion WAR FRONT.  A late addition to our group is MGSW QUIDURA (GB) who is being offered as a racing or broodmare prospect.

Half Brother to MGSW MISS ELLA brings $250k at Fasig Tipton October

Hip 383 Medaglia d’Oro/Sweet Tune, the half brother to multiple graded stakes winner MISS ELLA and “TDN Rising Star” Lasting Legacy was purchased on Tuesday for $250,000 by David and Holly Wilson. He was bred in Kentucky by Jack Swain and was born and raised at Brookdale Farm.

LADY ALEXANDRA Wins at Belmont Park

LADY ALEXANDRA (3,f, More Than Ready/Lophorina) was determined down the stretch to win by half a length yesterday at Belmont against a quality field of fillies. This was the third win for LADY ALEXANDRA in 6 starts and she has now earned $150,250.  She was bred in Kentucky by Brookdale Farm, Jack Swain III, and Double K LLC and was born and raised at Brookdale.  She is a graduate of the 2015 Keeneland September Sale where she was purchased for $150,000.


READY FOR RYE Back in the Winner’s Circle at Belmont

In his first start back since November, READY FOR RYE (5,g, City Zip/Embroidery) wasted no time to find his way back to the winner’s circle on Sunday at Belmont. The five year old now has 6 wins in 19 starts and has hit the board ten other times and has earned $710,260.  Ready for Rye was bred in Kentucky by Soc. Agr. Santa Elena De Chimbarongo LTDA and was born and raised at Brookdale Farm.  He is a graduate of the 2013 Keeneland September Sale.
